Leeds City Council (LCC) is the Data Controller of the information you provide when making a booking via Leeds Ticket Hub using Tessitura Network, LCC’s Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management system. Your details will be held in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation, and, excepting if required by law, will not be shared with any third parties apart from LCC’s partner organisation Tessitura Network.

The information you provide when booking will only be used to administer your booking and to provide you with service information relevant to your booking (and to provide you with information on other Leeds City Council related activities and events, should you choose to receive this information).

Where you have consented to receive further information from LCC about related events from Leeds Ticket Hub, LCC will use your personal data (email address, and where you have consented to your telephone number) to contact you directly about the cultural events we programme or promote in ways that you find relevant, timely and respectful.
